Its brand "LOHAS London Homestay" has been deeply involved in London's short-term rental and tourist accommodation market for 10 years, focusing on property management, community operations and rental platform management.

The company is a short-term rental manager officially registered by the UK government. It has rich market experience and is committed to providing landlords and travelers with efficient, safe and compliant accommodation management solutions.

The owner of the B&B loves traveling and has 20 years of backpacking experience. He has visited more than 60 countries and holds a Taiwan tour guide and group leader license (Spanish and English). He has a deep understanding of global tourism culture and wants to provide more considerate services to travelers from all over the world.

Our professional team members come from the hospitality and real estate industries and have rich professional backgrounds, providing all-round professional support to landlords and travelers:

• An account manager from Berkeley Group, the largest developer in the UK, who is familiar with the UK real estate market and high-end property management.
• The housekeeping management team of The Venetian Macao five-star hotel ensures that the housekeeping standards meet international housekeeping standards.
• Manager of a large supermarket chain in Taiwan, with excellent customer service and operational management capabilities.
• A UK licensed lawyer and OISC certified immigration consultant, we provide professional legal and immigration advice to B&B investors and landlords.

The brand manager holds a Master's degree in Media and Creative Industries from King's College and a Master's degree in International Business Management from Royal Holloway College. He has excellent academic expertise and market research capabilities. We will professionally accompany you throughout your UK venture investment.
